Suara Kartini: Stories of Growth and Impact from DECA Crew

In celebration of Kartini’s Day 2026, DECA Group introduced the theme “Every Voice Creates Impact.” The theme reflects the spirit of Raden Ajeng Kartini in expressing ideas and driving change, while encouraging all DECA Crew to recognize that every voice holds value and can create meaningful impact in everyday life.

As part of this initiative, DECA Group organized a storytelling competition titled “Suara Kartini,” held from 17–27 April 2026. The competition served as a platform for DECA Crew to share personal stories inspired by Kartini’s spirit that highlight journeys, resilience, and the impact they have experienced or created.

The stories presented a diverse range of perspectives. Some DECA Crew shared their growth journeys, reflecting on how they navigated challenges, learned from setbacks, and evolved both professionally and personally. Others highlighted the influence of significant women in their lives, particularly within their families, who have shaped their values and contributed to their personal development.

DECA Crew actively participated by submitting meaningful storytelling videos that captured real-life experiences, including moments of struggle, perseverance, and growth. These stories not only reflect individual journeys but also emphasize the collective strength within the organization. The winners have been announced, and their storytelling videos are available to watch on Instagram @lifeatdecagroup.
